SHIPPING POLICY

We ship free of charge to the United Kingdom, USA and Continental Europe and all our orders ship from the United Kingdom.

 

 Any other countries should confirm shipping costs before ordering. The buyer must ensure that they are able to receive the delivery in person and that their address and contact details are provided correctly and in detail. All orders are shipped insured , however our liability ends when the above details are not provided correctly which results in a partial or total loss of shipment. Additional customs and excise costs may be charged by your country on arrival of your package. These costs would include possible duties and value added tax. Please check with your border or customs control for details of such charges.  

Shipping times : United Kingdom | 2-4 Working days

United States, continental Europe and Australia | 4- 10 Working days

All other countries | up to 30 working days

 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Order Cancellation Due To Error


Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction.  Where your credit card has been charged, we will refund your credit card within 7 workings days for the total amount debited.

Almost every product order is made up specifically for you. Size, metal and/or gemstone requirements are unique and therefore cannot be cancelled. However we are flexible in offering minor corrections, size changes or alterations for free or at reduced fee. This is to be determined on a case by case basis and entirely at our sole discretion. Any shipping charges at this point are at the buyers cost. 

Product Returns

Non-Bespoke Jewellery Items

All items that are ordered directly off our website  may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of purchase.  Products must be returned in original packaging and condition.  We undertake to reimburse you for the amount initially debited/paid for the purchase including packaging and postage charges. Once you have notified us through our website, email or telephone call that you wish to return your item, please allow 14 days to allow for return shipping inspection and refund. We will communicate return shipping instructions to you once we receive you notice of intention to return said item.

Bespoke Jewellery Items
We undertake to exchange or repair any product delivered to you that is faulty.  If you wish to return a faulty product, you must notify us through our “contact us” page or by email. If we are unable to replace or exchange returned goods within 30 working days of return, we undertake to reimburse you for the amount initially debited/paid for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.

Any product returned due the client ordering the incorrect product, change of mind or any other reason that is not a breach by us of our terms and conditions of sale. Under no circumstances will a used product or a product in opened packaging

be returned if it is not deemed to be faulty or falsely represented.

Once you have notified us through our website that you wish to return

faulty, damaged or undamaged product, you may return the product

to us as instructed by us.

Refunds and returns are only processed once the return has been received by us and the product shows no signs of abuse or maloperation.
